GIATA: Booking.com chooses GIATA as one of its first providers for photo management

GIATA, a proven leader in static descriptive content solutions in the travel industry, today announced the extended partnership with Booking.com, a globally renowned online travel platform.

Through this integration, GIATA DRIVE users can effortlessly distribute their images directly into their Booking.com accounts. Existing clients can take advantage of this new feature by connecting directly through the user-friendly GIATA DRIVE interface, with just one click on the unique “Booking.com Quick Connect” button.

GIATA DRIVE is an ultimate hotel content management tool that makes the process of managing and distributing hotel content seamless and effortless. The platform users are able to distribute their images, facts, and amenities to more than 20,000 sales channels in over 70 countries. GIATA DRIVE provides direct access to major reservation systems and efficiently pushes content through leading tour operators in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

In the article Booking.com highlights that for photo management, they’ve “partnered with IcePortal, Leonardo and GIATA and have seen immediate adoption at scale”. “By working with specialised partners, properties can manage photos and reviews directly from their platform of choice – making it easier to get more bookings and improve the guest experience.”

“Booking.com has been a long-standing partner of GIATA. Our cooperation has now been extended beyond hotel mapping into content distribution, which is enormously simplifying the process of managing and distributing hotel images in real-time to Booking.com” says Kalina Nikolova, Business Development Director of GIATA. “We are proud to be one of their main connectivity partners and work so closely on our goal to showcase the hotel in its best light to an end-user.”
