INSETE

The Institute of SETE (INSETE) was launched in October 2013.
The Institute’s aim is to contribute, through substantiated interventions, to the promotion of public and private policies for the reinforcement and enhancement of the Greek tourism sector, along with any other sector that is directly or indirectly associated with it.
Specifically, the Institute supports SETE’s work:
‒ in the scientific documentation of its interventions in social and public debates (views, proposals, etc.)
‒ in the implementation of activities that involve research, the provision of information, the dissemination of knowledge, the development of human resources, and the enhancement and certification of business standards and skills for professionals and employees in the Greek tourism sector.
1. Study, safeguard and promote the position and contribution of the tourism sector towards sustainable economic, social and cultural development at national and European level.
2. Support and promote entrepreneurship in the tourism sector, as well as in any other service sector that is directly or indirectly associated with it.
3. Reinforce mechanisms and policies for the development of human resources in the tourism sector and in any other service sector that is directly or indirectly associated with it.
4. Provide SETE with scientific, technical and other support for any issue pertaining to its scope and fields of activity, towards the achievement of its goals.
