Eran Ketter (PhD) is a senior tourism advisor and MINDHAUS expert working with some of the world’s leading tourism organizations, including the UNWTO, European Travel Commission, OECD and Atout France. His area of expertise spans from consumer insights to tourism crisis and resilience through numerous strategic reports while he co-authored the crisis recovery handbook: “Media Strategies for Marketing Places in Crisis” (Elsevier Inc., 2008). His extensive experience includes training and consulting projects for various global DMOs/ NTBs in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. In recent years, he has worked globally to share his professional insights, speaking at leading tourism events in over 30 countries, including ITB Berlin, TEDx Tourism and UNWTO events.
